1. Comics：

1.1 Requirements：

A4 size（210mm×297mm）, picture clearly, marked pages; New media works based on the Internet or mobile devices should comply with standards of the mobile cartoon industry.

1.2. Format:

1.2.1 Manuscript Submission: Formal drawing paper (water paper or gouache paper), comic original paper or copy paper are required; black ink-based pen or oil-based pen to outline are recommended, but pencil or ball-point pen entries would not be accepted; Put the lines in the text box in legible handwriting.

1.2.2 Electronic documents must be submitted in JPEG format: RGB picture with resolution 300 DPI；Black and white entries must adopt gray-scale map with resolution 600 DPI.

1.2.3 Please write directly in the dialog box.

1.2.4 The reading order according to personal habits to choose from left to right or right to left, please indicate in the first page of the work.

2.Animations:

2.1 Requirements：

2.1.1 Submission Content: animation entries must be converted to any format of MPG/ MOV/ AVI or FLV, with no less than 720px×576px original resolution and no more than 1G compression.

2.1.2 Broadcast Requirement: animation entries must be put on or broadcast on theatre chains or TV channels, internet or mobile internet.

2.2 Submission Content:

2.2.1 Animation category must offer complete entries, multiple episodes of animated series is only required to submit the first set of contents of the full animation and text outline. No trailer of any animation works accepted

2.2.2 All participants must offer more than 5 HD screen-shots or posters in JPEG format at the same time.

3.Light Novel:

3.1 Requirements:

3.1.1 All entries shall have complete plots or periodic complete plots.

3.1.2 Only E-mail submission or website uploading can be accepted.

3.2 Submission Content:

3.2.1 A complete outline around 1000 words and 10000-100000 words’ text shall be requested.

3.2.2 The outline and text shall be submit in PDF and Word format to the designated platform.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Entries that contrary to the provisions of the following will be disqualified:

1. Contents inconsistent with the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China;

2. Pornography, violence, blood and other undesirable content;

3. Suspected of plagiarism, copying and copyright infringement;

4. Violation of the CACC Golden Dragon Award competition rules.

ATTENTIONS:

1. No company watermark or “sample wafer” in animation entries.

2. CACC Golden Dragon Award Application Form must be completely filled and delivered together with entries, otherwise it is invalid; for uploaded entries, online personal information registration must be finished; Participants are responsible for loss due to unclear or inaccurate application information.

3. For organized participation groups, academies and related units must fill out the CACC Golden Dragon Award Solicit Contributions‘ Registration Form and every entry should separately fill out the CACC Golden Dragon Award Application Form.

1. Initial Review, re-Review and final review preliminary contest will be organized by Committee to determine the final nomination list.

2. Nomination list will be released after the final review, and winners will be announced at the awards presentation. Winner must be presented, however, if principal of production agency or author can not present, committee has the authority to cancel or adjust this award.

3. After review, originals will be returned via postage. Please keep backups, for draft copies, print copies and electronic entries will not be returned (Committee is not liable for entries losing during postage).

1. The entered work must be original and the individual or corporate contestant should have the sole copyright. If it’s proved to be true after investigating the objection against the work raised bya third party, the organizer shall have the right to cancel its qualification for the prize and recover the trophy, certificate and prize, and the applicant should solely bear the legal liability for breaching the copyright laws, and the organizing committee is exempted from any liabilities.

2. The copyright of the entered work is in the applicant’s possession and the committee has the right to use it in the following circumstances (without extra notice and paying remunerations):

2.1 The entered work and its materials are used for promotion ofrelated events and publication;

2.2 The entered work and its materials are used for the designated and authorized media’s publishing or browsing on the official website;

2.3 The entered work and its materials are used for award-giving ceremony;

2.4 The entered work and its materials are used for the event’s exhibitions (including itinerant exhibitions).

3. The entered work can be reported by the committee to the national or local government for application for relevant awards.

4. The entered work can be recommended by the committee itself to enter for other same type of competition.
