1.The CACC Golden Dragon Award is open for global submissions. Individuals, teams, and organizations are all welcome to participate.

 

2.Submitted works must promote positive values, feature innovative themes, utilize appropriate language, and demonstrate a strong integration of concept, artistic quality, and visual impact.

 

3.Participants must visit the official website of the CACC Golden Dragon Award to fill out the online “Application Form for the 23rd CACC Golden Dragon Award”. Name your submission folder as "Work Title_Author Name". Upload it to your Google drive and provide the permanent shareable link in the corresponding field of the application form.

 

4.All submission materials must be complete and accurate. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences or losses resulting from missing or incorrect information.

 

5.Submitted works must not contain any watermarks or text such as "Sample".

 

6.Works generated purely by AI are strictly prohibited. For AI-assisted creations, participants must disclose the AI tools used, the stages of AI involvement, and the percentage of AI contribution.

7.Copyright Statement: The copyright of the submitted works belongs to the respective authors. The CACC Golden Dragon Award Organizing Committee reserves the right to exhibit and promote the submitted works.

 

8.Participants will be immediately disqualified if their works involve any of the following:

  (1) Content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic  of China;

 (2) Objectionable content, including but not limited to pornography,  violence, or gore;

  (3) Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of others’ work;

  (4) Any other violations of the CACC Golden Dragon Award rules.
