在岭南的鼓点里，龙是沉入水底的根，鳌是飞向天空的梦，而少年是连接根与梦的那道河流。系列以《水乡龙舟》《心中有鱼，其名为鳌》等篇章展开：阿古、周舟在龙魂指引下寻回老龙舟，端午劈浪夺冠；小宇六次失败仍追逐火箭梦，被祠堂屋脊的鳌鱼唤醒。作品以岭南非遗与民间信俗为底色，书写舍己护村、血脉宽宥、亲情守护与少年破茧，告诉读者：真正的龙舟之魂与鳌鱼精神，都在不肯放弃的人心中。

Drums of China: Lingnan, Lingnan!

In the drumbeats of Lingnan, the dragon is a root sunk beneath the water, the Ao is a dream soaring into the sky, and the young are the river connecting root and dream. Through stories such as Dragon Boats of the Water Town and A Fish Within, Known as Ao, the series brings these images to life. Guided by the dragon spirit, Agu and Zhouzhou recover an old dragon boat and race to victory through the waves at the Dragon Boat Festival. Meanwhile, Xiaoyu continues to pursue his rocket dream despite six failures, until the Ao-fish figure on the ridge of an ancestral hall inspires him anew. Rooted in Lingnan intangible cultural heritage and folk beliefs, it tells of sacrifice, kinship, forgiveness, and a youth breaking free, showing that the true spirit of the dragon boat and the Ao lives in every heart that refuses to give up.
